Pet Policy:

Riverwalk Apartment Homes, where your pet will be welcomed and have an awesome time getting to know other community pets. We are a community that accepts all sizes and all breeds of dogs. We will welcome and love your furry family member the same as you do.

Pet Welcome Upon Approval.
We do not have breed or weight restrictions.
The Pet deposit is $200 per pet.
Non-refundable pet fee is $300-$400 per pet.
Monthly pet rent of $27 will be charged per pet.
Liability insurance is required for aggressive breeds.
